As I have already pointed out several times "To date, Lynas has seen media reports about this review committee, however we have not been notified of the membership of this review committee, the scope of the review or the terms of reference of this committee".
Again, I call bullshit on the existence on this formal committee. If anything, I suspect that Fuzzy Silly's head will role for unsanctioned claims on behalf of the government.
