I don't think anyone speculating is wrong or right. The poor messaging from the MD and unwillingness of the BoDs to act has created all this speculation.
Even those who think the MD and BoDs are doing splendid job are speculating as they also can't provide any clear numbers or to point where we are wrong - by providing links and docos we may have missed or numbers.
But now at least we know they are still waiting on highway estimates and they can't do much without this important number. If only anyone bothered to communicate this clearly.
And it seems (my interpretation not their words) some of us are right and they did blow the budget - some of the increases are clearly due to inflation but reading between lines I think they did blew the budget outside the inflation impact. We will have to wait and see.
Now let's speculate on what holes around 108 and 094 may produce.
