AMN has a great understanding of process and flowsheet for conventional design, better than anyone in WA IMO. They've got an in house process team that's up the curve on the things that sunk KLL and SO4 like conversion (PSD, temperature and residence time) and flotation. RWD doesnt have that level of in house support IMO but that's not to say they cant take their novel RWD process and change the design (hopefully it works!).
I imagine youre right on Beyondie costs but can comment. Economies of scale is important in these projects to bring down OPEX.
