That's an extra 10% dilution mate, they already have the ability to raise 15% without shareholder approval. That indicates to me that forthcoming shareholder dilution will be in the range of 15-25%, otherwise there would be no need for Resolution 5 at the AGM. 15-25% equates to an additional 210m-350m shares on issue, at what price is anyone's guess right now.
