Whilst this is a positive announcement I would imagine they are not operating at 100% until the buyer is secured. Producing at 100% would be expensive without a buyer therefore reducing our cash... seems prudent to secure the buyer before ramp up. ...That said - the buyer should be lined up and ready to start go by now.
