I totally agree, personally I'm not a supporter of the way the Chinese do their business and how imo they manipulate poorer countries for the pure benefit of themselves.
I was just pointing out that Cuba have already spoken to China about economic ties and that imo China would love to be able to a deal, now whether that is oil for real-estate so they could have a spying presence close to the US or not is probably debatable but they're not a nation I would trust.
For me I'd love for MAY to be able to somehow fund and develop Block 9 with the help of Sonangol for the benefit of Cuba, its people and the shareholders for decades.
