I've been doing some reading and I believe the $75 per acre SSN will be paying for oil and gas bearing land in Utah and Grand and San Juan counties is a real steal. Some big deposits in these counties.
Any thoughts? Just a matter formalities now. We may see a JV to develop this asset reducing capex.
