I wouldn't presume to speak for Buc, but it sure looks to me as a portrayal of selling 600 acres at $25,000 an acre and buying 50,000 acres for $320 an acre as the genius move of an accomplished oilman. As if the number of acres has got anything to do with it.
But hey, Buc's a sharp guy. He's knows how to spin it.
