This is excellent news and perfect timing for the company. They are selling their highest cost per oz of gold asset (1200us$) which will improve substantially their margins going forward.
They are getting a much needed (to invest in capex for their lower cost assets) 100M au$ of upfront value while preserving their right to a huge upside potential of 200M au$. IMO a great move by management.
