I don't doubt that all ...same with HC posters ... you better believe KP has his shareholder's interests front and center. Did he manage to get "the better deal" - you bet - but if you think SYA didn't get what they needed and proceeded to do the deal to the detriment of its shareholders ... then file a lawsuit on the SYA BoD for failing in the fiduciary duties, gross negligence (can you sue for incompetence ... since that seems to be overwhelming PoV) and anything else that can be dreamt up.
I don't doubt that all ...same with HC posters ... you better...
