Not sure what downside of delisting would be, but on the upside would save on US accounting, compliance and audit expenses which are not insignificant. Aussies traders can set the price rather than following the US as piddly NYSE enterprise. Maybe there's borrowing implications to NYSE companies??
Moreover SSN can do with any cost savings.
