Between the Cuban Govt and ourselves, we need to get the moving on this pipeline of great/profitable projects. For mine, the risk profile (rightly or wrongly) is shifting from Geopolitical Risk to Management Risk.
I don't doubt the intent of Brian and co., I'm just getting nervous about the capacity to accept 'good' terms to get the ball rolling.
Runs on the board has got to be the main priority - the rest will fall into place from there.
