Con notes that have a floor price is no different to a CR at that price, can attract market forces.
Without upside catalysts being presented, the fear to the negative erodes the sp, with CR or Note flipping.
A Con note death spiral, is applicable, when there is no floor, and always converted at a discount, simply allowing the note holder to convert, sell on market, lowers the sp, converts, sells on market, lowers the sp. etc.
But, when all they can get is the floor price. There is no more incentive to give the company money, and sell on market for less than that.
Company simply needs to execute sales of equipment, and get this off take finance in place.
With that uptick, and note holder restrained. SP can rebound.
