I think a lot here are missing the point re TK, he had no choice but to convert and left it as late as possible just in case scenario, I have no doubt that if he borrowed money that he would at least have to sell whatever to get that money paid off and if he is totally confident would keep the balance long term, win, win for him, good on him ....and us.
