JDW made strong noises about tightening governance on joining and at the AGM (as well as aligning insider remuneration and company aims with shareholders returns). He is a stand up, capable guy with thorough experience in the medical business strategy and governance field. I disagreed with him on his off-marker strategic share placement aligning with existing shareholders interest, but he is clearly fulfilling some of his promises and even buying some shares to boot - his second share purchase in a month, albeit very small amounts.

This Board is undeniably better qualified than it was in the past.
