Please can someone - Phillip? - tell me why this is not scurrilous. I worked in communications with a top 100 ASX company for 20 years and I can say with confidence that FAR would have known the RISC report was ready before announcing the CR. They would at a minimum have been given a chance to comment on the draft report before RISC issued it. It therefore beggars belief to think the CR could have been announced in ignorance of the RISC report.
