The whole purpose of the Deed of CA, was to screw Canstruct for not accepting the offer of a reduced payment. The landlord claimed their 30 years of rent, after all where are they going to find another tenant. I don’t know if SFG voted their loan. Of course any employees will vote in favour as they get paid in full, that will give them the numbers. The landlord & SFG will give them the value. So the Canstruct vote is overwhelmed.
