And all us shareholders (and anyone else that wanted to) had/has the chance to buy shares at well below the price that was available before the announcement. The fact is, WLE is paying divs at over 8.5% gross and I chose to buy up on the invite (over $30k worth and not waiting to use the SPP). With a div yield like this the premium will likely return over time.
I suggest that if you are so unhappy, you should have sold???
