"the-pav" - The share price fall is related to two factors - the cost of the SPPlan (which instantly caused a fall to just above the SPP price) and the overall fall in markets.
In fact, with the recent banking issues, the current share price is still at a premium of several cents.
Why are you running down GW, jealousy would seem the obvious reason.
