I suspect that the market thinks that TIE has too many shares outstanding.
It was exploring a debt issue some while ago with Taurus but they pulled it because of Covid I think.
The company has got to where it is by equity issuance.
When debt goes right– in other words the company is able to repay it (!) – it is always the best of option for a mining company
I suspect that the market thinks that TIE has too many shares...
