I think the briefing they issued to the market was pretty naïve. It said nothing that we already didn't know (other than quantifying the stockpile) and said much more to the market (by what it didn't say). What was the Feb-24 production. If it was good, why not be screaming it out to the market. They are trying to buy time, and I'm surprised the market didn't sell on this announcement.

Possible but I also get the feeling that if management had changed direction and released a solid monthly figure rather than sticking with the qtrly announcement , we'd have people saying it was a bad sign and that company has been spooked by the T/O offer and has manipulated the grades to buy some more time.
