    You have been jacked up the clacker by the Board.
    Once issued with new ADS holdings, you lose your voting rights.
    If anyone has the funds and the heart, they should call an EGM to vote this down or use other means.
    This has been a long range heist conducted by Captain Snooze once Deborah Rathjen got the chop.
    Another US rip off.
