This cannot be to support the bonus plan. TB is not stupid, he knows that most of the votes would have been cast before the presentation. There are so many projects happening, that I don't know how he keeps track but it looks a lot more like he is trying to manage the business and get interest moving again. We are now using drillers who seem to know what they are doing and TB has more time to actually manage rather than be tied down with the daily problems encountered when he was running the drilling. TB was good at promoting the company and together with some good results, there is a chance we will be back on track again
