There was mention in the ann. of circumstances changing, i would suggest that the business may well be going through tough times with limited travel options for races interstate and internationally.
If the money dries up, so does expensive scanning on horses.
So, we may have dodged a bullet.
Anyway, i have put out the question/facts/shell setup to a suitable entity so , lets hope something comes of it.
