From memory, Talisman had a loan to develop Monty of 20million USD?? to fund 30% share with Sandfire joint venture in their excellent gold-copper deposit.The sale proceeds of around $72m, was supported by shareholders and Harmanis approval. I believe it was to pay down debt,focus on other projects, as well as the ongoing 1% net smelting royalty and shareholders received 16c per share following the sale, as I think, capital return? Made a good deal, IMO and set them up nicely to continue with reduced operating risk.
I would have to rake out the details for the option prices and strike rate at the time, but I think they were part of an SPP deal. I do think the TLM shares at the time though were around $1,
