If for instance they push the SP to 30 cents (convert 4.0 Million Oppies at 20 cents), which gives a 10 cent Profit over 4 Million shares, that alone equates to $400,000 Profit, easy money for them, which would in turn give them a Profit of well over $500,000 in total with the Lead Manager Fees, for just putting the Bread in the toaster, for others to then cook it and spread the topping.

I rest my case, it's a Dog Raise, Von is correct, and Pac are sc#m to put it politely.
This is not even taking into effect the manipulated number of shares they are picking up down here either.
