I have provided many debt facility agreements to business' generating millions of $ in profit in the 9% range; with a GSA & director guarantees. 7.2% is a sensational rate on a revolving LOC facility, well done management!!
I am more excited by the sale of 12 thermal cameras to a single user, this is the first form of market validation I've seen for this technology.
Looking forward to the second half of 2019, it feel like things are setting up for a hot market with some great listings coming in the next 6 months.
