About $1m cash still on hand for SP3 in addition to the $1m debt facility - revolving line of credit so no need to worry about balloon repayments, due dates or dilution from the usual 'Magna' style debt facility. Hard to see much balance sheet/cashflow risk.
Opportunities to respond to "dynamic opportunities" to expand the business. Sounds like specific sales opportunities that SP3 would have used as a business case for the facility.
The example given of 12 x thermal cameras sold this month ($137K revenues) plus ongoing SaaS revenue gives a nice case study example of what is in the works; and I'm now wondering what the revenues for June might look like - possibly another monthly revenues record following on from May?
