That’s what my original post was suggesting. That they could have sold their 16M shares the day after receiving them when there was a significant number of shares traded on the day. And if it was them why would they sell if Mark knew what was in the ground was good. But, it may not have been them selling and just a coincidence that it was the day after the shares were issued.
