Red lines show what the first scan does, they are doing another second scan that covers the top bit (Vertex) and the back bit to the right below the redlines (posterior fossa)

Interesting, not been able to figure out what the top right four AI/seuqnces images output mean, the MRI on the left looks pretty subtle to me, so if the Emu output is correct it's very interesting too.
Also takes 1min to process, I gather it's in the high range CPU.
