Surely this has to be the worst CR of all time ? The SP looses 92% of its peak valuation over 12 months, then the company raises at a price another third below the bottom, and in the process effectively doubles its shares on issue (from ~220m SOI to ~400m SOI ) !! Have I got that right, or am I missing something ? Surely there must be a better way for them to raise funds to support the company ?
