Interesting but possibly nothing of note after looking into our new investors MACH enterprise
As mentioned in the Entitlement offer MACH a subsidiary of Droxford via Salim group
Droxford was major shareholder in Robust Resources, Robust Resources was Aquired by Padiham Resources, jointly owned by Stanhill Capital (formerly known as Crosby Capital) and Droxford International
Crosby capital along with Alsons Group partnered for the successful takeover of Indophil Resources whos Chief Executive at the time was RXMs Richard Laufmann and Indophil company secretary was RXMs Amber Rivamonte
In 2014 The Australian ran an article titled Stanhill rejects Salim tie up in bid for Robust Resources.
Very hard to follow all of this but there seems to be previous ties between Stanhill, Salim and Laufmann
Maybe just contacts used to perform these types of investments but would be interested to know how its all related.
