Seems to me that the one thing missing from all the discussion over the past few days is that we now have a very substantial shareholder, not a fickle investment house with 8%, but a serious longterm investor who will be knocking on the door of 20% when this is settled. They have clearly entered to see this move into development imminently, and with such an open share register they will be in the position to call the shots. I am surprised that frequent posters here haven’t clicked to what is near to an effective change of control for the company. A company with such a cornerstone shareholder isn’t, and only rarely behaves as if it were, a lifestyle company.

won’t be surprised if they take a direct stake in the mine as well as now being “the” shareholder of influence in RXM. This was once the common way of doing JVs, a slice of the project and a slice of the company.

I intend taking up my rights, probably some top ups as well, unless of course I get a better deal on market. I am down significantly on this, but not as badly as on several other wannabe miners, and have been sitting on OZL and MCR cash while the whole sector has been falling, hopefully patience will be rewarded.
