    I don't get it... Why weren't shareholders offered a bigger piece of the action? By my calcs. we shareholders are offered 1 for 25 shares held @24c.
    I see Veritas currently holds 500,000 MMA ... Are they likely to hold this parcel or sell them??? Anyone got any clues?
