However, there is much debate if the Board and management have made a 'reasonable' provision for the AUSTRAC fine. Firstly, they did not make a provision until ASIC gave notice that they were likely in breach of the Corps Act, and secondly, management have always been overly optimistic as to their judgement and performance of such regulatory matters.
