Unfortunately, I have to agree with you AE23. The ASIC and ASX laws and regulations are grossly inadequate to curb the kind of behaviors we see from the likes of 88E Board and MD. They hold no shares or hold miniscule amounts, even that given to them as freebies. They are paid exorbitant amounts in salaries; POOR performance is tolerated. The capital raising and share price is a vicious cycle and will lead to share consolidation, and the cycle begins again with new set of gullible investors. The only circuit breaker is performance and discovery, which one cannot seem to expect from the current bunch of dishonest and incompetent directors.
