I am not sure what that has got to do with what I said. I am not saying ABB’s offer was fair but what I am saying is the deal they have struck with Origin seems to be getting SLC deep in bed with a company who has the means to easily bully them if they decide they’d buy them out rather than having just a piece of the pie. I am not a fan of script deals like this.
I could offer scenarios, but I feel nothing good will come of it. Best of luck guys. I really hope this one pays off!
