Totally agree, you need a representative sample of the actual ore body to carry out any pilot test work, it's industry standard. Any potential customer doing their due diligence would raise eyebrows at a synthetic sample that you can buy off the shelf. I'm still baffled as to why they couldn't present ANSTO with a sample from Dubbo? This test work was paid for by government funding.
Perhaps they have their reasons and perhaps that's why it wasn't a price sensitive announcement, perhaps a Dubbo sample is next in line?
