Currently, the offer from PRU is considered inferior. As an ORR holder, I personally prefer PRU to gain control of the company. However, a resolution will not be reached until they enhance their bid to surpass SVM's. In my perspective, PRU needs to present a substantially higher offer to gain the support of major shareholders, especially considering their actions since acquiring a 20% stake in the company. The situation is becoming increasingly contentious, and I believe this is detrimental to all parties involved, including the people of Tanzania. It would be advantageous for PRU to enhance their offer promptly but I am speaking from my wallet.

No changes will occur until either a party withdraws or a revised deal garners the support of Nic/Tim, potentially leading to reaching the 50% threshold.
