Of course the Depth Board will be wiped for Suspension and only 10 mins allowed to re enter buy/sells. With this track record expect lift will be Intra Day not pre open and the schmozzle continues.
Rights Issue will have a changed Record Date, my payment for 'old' rights will be made by snail mail, cheque funds un available for bleeding 10- days or something.
No wonder current Mgt failed to get passed their Performance Shares.After this the vote will deny them again.
