Check my post a few days ago mate, I said mnm was negotiating from a position of weakness and will have to offer a big discount to get backers. Well, they certainly got a big discount!! Geez 1 cent was even lower than even I expected. Announcement as usually very light on detail surrounding the sale price of the concentrate. Is the price fixed??? Or is it floating price??? Is there any fx hedging in place??? Or are they happy to roll the dice with currency movements ??? Are there escrow conditions placed on the 400 mill new shares or can they dump on market strait away?More questions than answers!!
