    Yep, and it was simply a "query", just as the ASX suspension ann has suggested. In GMC's case it was regarding a cornerstone investor and their capacity to fund the company.

    Had nothing to do with breaching listing rules.

    Interestingly that occurred soon after another company got into trouble regarding a company making deal that fell through. The ASX suggested that the company (AZZ) didn't provide what turned out to be relevant information the market should have been made aware of. So the ASX briefly got a bee in their bonnet about similar situations. I'd suggest that, as I mentioned before the whole MUS saga has impacted on BPG.

    MUS basically told investors they were about to make a whole bunch of money from ruby sales, and then didn't. I'd suggest the ASX are querying BPG's capacity and accuracy of their own statements. But this by no means BPG has done anything wrong and this may well turn out to only be procedural.
