Hi Cmon. I think your analysis of the current situation, and future outcome, is spot on. Unfortunately, the injection of capital by DynEvolve will result in such a massive dilution that existing shareholders value will be all but wiped out. I also expect the company to be de-listed from the ASX so, as you correctly pointed out, it will be extremely difficult to sell shares on the US exchange.
This is a very sad day. I started acquiring SSN shares in the high teens and kept on buying up to the mid 20's and again as they rode the slippery dip down into the abyss. I honestly thought that TB had the smarts to take the company into large scale production and profitability. How wrong was I. The stock is now my biggest ever loss, which of course can happen with any speculative play, but what really irks me is the absolute disdain with which shareholders have been treated by TB and his Board while they milked the company for all it was worth. I hope karma catches up with them.
