Interestingly all directors between them only hold 4.5mill shares and 3.1mill of those are Brookins (undoubtedly most are performance-based over t ime). Pretty poor really.

Current directors not holding many shares - could that conceivably be called responsible management - not gifting themselves ludicrous parcels? Not sure that could be said for all previous directors.

Big players influencing the raise could potentially be new institutions coming to support the register. A common complaint often heard when companies do capital raises is " the big boys get looked after and minor shareholders are limited to $15,000 SPP.
Management here are giving all the same opportunity - yes I get that is dependent upon us being able to participate. But at least the opportunity has been given.
