I would like to know who the "insiders" are, seems to me like @neko yourself me and a few others were the only ones buying the past month along with the directors. Im certainly no insider, just followed the money the directors were throwing at it. When supply dried up, fomo and twitter posts took over from there and the share price did its think like many of has predicted over the past few weeks.
Whether we are back trading before or after an acquisition is announced does not faze me, $4.6 million market cap, E/V or roughly $2.5, heaps of upside here. Downside? It goes back to 1.9/2.0 cents and Im still even until the do eventually buy something.
People just need to chill, the world is not caving in
