IF report shows offer not fair nor reasonable, then massive kick in the guts for current board and a vote of no confidence and all should resign , as a lot of us have hinted at before. Given the massive exposure RAP has received since proposed take over by Pfizer in press, radio and television here and overseas, I would envisage obtaining a more business and commercial orientated board to be a top priority.
