He is an expert in developing a team around him that do his beck and call. Fraudulent behaviour but professionally conspired. Incompetents at running a successful business but expert in fleecing all that they can for their own benefit. Directors who are legally qualified practitioners, company secretaries who manage 5 or 6 positions in companies and being paid as full time for each of the positions. And then think it is okay to appoint Karl as a Chief Financial Officer of a 400 million pound company while still it's company secretary. Forget that 4 million pounds defrauded over this same period. Not Mather's fault....no, no, not ever. I read that Mather is taking some real estate manager to court over a house deal that went wrong. Shouldn't we, the poorer bastards who have suffered from his ineptitude, look at doing the same with him being the one sued.
