It is 7.30pm on Thursday evening in Colorado so directors there will be with family or playing sport or in restaurants. Other USA directors will be in other states so it may be even later for them.
It will be a challenge getting them all into a zoom meeting to sign off on what they feel they need to legally disclose. If the OTC market which has a lower level of compliance is allowed to trade we may see some exuberance there especially with the USA shorts looking to get out. The ASX shorts may start buying there also to be able to cover their leased shares.
