If you read the TH notices you would see they relate to correspondence from the government first related to a letter from Mali about DSO. This was resolved and confirmed as not going ahead, so after confirmation and discussions, they reopened. Second letter was received regarding the mining code. This is all related to the listing rules surrounding material information received both are separate events nothing to argue about here.
