Looks like a disaster.
All directors resigned except for the Pudu guy (the non-exucutive chairman). All have skin in the game with large holdings.
The company is basically paralyzed.
I have never seen this before.
I reckon they have certain demands of Pudu & they all acted in unison.
Pudu may have to reinstate them all pretty quick or risk going belly up.
